How this website collects, uses and protects the information you send through its forms, and how to ask for it to be deleted.

Who is responsible
This website belongs to Yadira Lopez, REALTOR®, a real estate sales agent licensed in Texas (TREC license 801199), sponsored by RCR Real Connect Realty.

What we collect
What you give us
Contact form: your name, email, phone number, what you are interested in (buying, selling, renting or commercial), your message and your consent. Questions and showing requests from a property page: your name, email, phone number, your message and your consent, plus that property's MLS number and page. Home value form: the property's address, city, type, bedrooms and bathrooms and whether you want to sell it or rent it out, plus your name, email, phone number, message and consent. "New listings like these": your name, email, phone number and consent, plus the criteria of the search you were looking at. Email and phone are each optional when you leave the other, and the message is always optional. We record that you accepted to be contacted, with the text you accepted.
What is sent automatically with a form
The language of the page, your browser type (user agent), the page of this site you sent it from, and the date and time. We do not store your IP address with your inquiry. Like most websites, the hosting server may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
To stop automated spam, the server counts the forms sent from each connection during the last hour. For that count it keeps, for about an hour, only an irreversible code (a hash) made from the IP address: never the address itself, and never next to your inquiry.
What we never ask for here
This site does not ask for bank or card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers. Please do not include them in your message.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry by phone, text message or email, as the consent you accepted says.
- To answer your questions about a property, arrange the showing you asked for, and send you the information you requested.
- To follow up on your search while you are working with Yadira.
- To prepare the market analysis of your property that you asked for, or to send you, personally, new listings that match the search you left.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations, such as the record-keeping rules for real estate in Texas.
We will not add you to newsletters or marketing lists unless you ask for it.
Who we share it with
- Yadira's sponsoring brokerage (RCR Real Connect Realty), which supervises her work as a licensed agent.
- The providers that run this site, only so they can provide that service: the web host, and TwoQM Central, the lead-management service that stores your inquiry and sends it to Yadira by email (through its email delivery provider) and to the client-management app she uses (Listrano).
- With your permission, the professionals involved in your purchase (for example the lender, title company, inspector or property manager), and only what each one needs.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Phone, text and sharing
If you call or text Yadira ((956) 243-0453), she receives your phone number and whatever you send, and uses it only to answer you.
On a listing page, "Copy link" copies the address of that page and "Other apps" opens your device's own share menu; you choose whether and with whom to share it. The site sends nothing on your behalf and only adds one to the share count described under Analytics.
Cookies and storage
This site uses only what it needs to work. It does not use advertising cookies.

You can delete cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings. The site keeps working; you would only need to choose your language again.
Analytics
To know which ways of reaching Yadira work, the site counts clicks on its contact buttons (phone and email), forms sent successfully, map openings and shares. Each click adds one to a daily total for that page and language; nothing else is recorded.
These counts use no cookies and do not identify you: they do not store your IP address, your browser or any identifier, and they never include what you type into a form. To stop automated abuse, the server briefly keeps a short code made from the connection; thousands of connections share each code, so it cannot identify anyone, and the address itself is never kept.
There is no third-party analytics on this site: no Google Analytics, no advertising trackers, no tracking scripts. If we ever turn on a tool like that, we will list it here and in the table above before it runs.
Content loaded from other services
Fonts, styles and scripts are served from this site. Two kinds of content load directly from other services:
- Listing photos load from the MLS photo service, hosted on Amazon CloudFront.
- When you open the map view of the property search, the map tiles load from OpenStreetMap, under the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
Like any website your browser contacts, both services receive your IP address and browser information (user agent). No form data or anything you type is sent to them.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry while we are helping you, and afterwards only as long as Texas real estate rules or other laws require records to be kept. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Messages that the spam filter flags are kept apart, so that a real message caught by mistake is not lost, and are deleted on the same terms.
Your rights and deletion
You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time.
To do it, write to [email protected], call or text (956) 243-0453 or use the contact form with the word "Privacy". We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that nobody else can see or delete your information.
Security
Inquiries are stored on this site's server, in a location that is not publicly accessible, and in TwoQM Central. Only Yadira, her brokerage and the people who maintain the site can reach them. No system is completely secure, so we keep only what we need.
This site is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we will also say so on the site.
